Impaired Driver Program
This class is mandatory for anyone looking to obtain a conditional drivers license after a drinking or drugged driving offense.

Program Overview
We are proud to be the only driving school in New York State to offer the Impaired Driver Program (IDP). The program includes NYS specific law and traffic safety information along with education through the "Prime For Life" curriculum. In addition to classroom education, students are screened and referrals are made, if warranted, for evaluation and treatment. We strive to deliver engaging material and premier driver safety.
Enrollment is limited only to those motorists referred to the program by the New York State Department of Motor Vehicles.
Who Must Take it
- Anyone convicted of a drinking or drugged driving offense and referred to the program by the Department of Motor Vehicles.
- Mandated by the court.
- Satisfy out-of-state DUI arrest.
